Fittings

Fittings are the basic accessories for the lubrication system. Different type of fittings like Tee Block, Banjo, St. Connector, Cross Blocks, Elbow are required for delivering oil to the lubrication points. These fittings are mounted on the lub-points of the machine directly. BANJO ELBOW BLOCKS TEE BLOCKS MB-6 ME-6 MT-6/MT-4 Male thread M10 X 1 (for 6mm OD tubes) used for right angle connection from pump and Manifold. For joining two tubes At right angle of 6mm OD For dividing main line into Three lines of 6mm OD tube & 4mm OD tube         CROSS BLOCKS CONNECTOR BLOCKS ELBOW MCr B-6/MCr B-4 MCB-6 & MCB-4 ME-4T/M8x1 OR 1/8" BSP For dividing main line into Four lines of 6mm OD tube & 4mm OD tube. For joining two tubes of 6mm OD & 4mm OD Male thread (taper) for right angle connection to lub point with female tapping.         BANJO (4 MM) STRAIGHT CONNECTOR REDUCER MB-4/M8x1 OR 1/8" BSP MSC-6 X 1/8" BSP, MSC-4T M8 x 1 OR 1/8" BSP   Male thread M8 x 1 & 1/8" BSP used for right angle turn from end point of M/c. For Connecting 6mm & 4mm OD tube at end point of M/c Male thread 1/4" BSP for connection to lub. point with respective tapping on M/c.         PLUGS CLAMPS SCREWS MP-8 & MP-10 C-4-1, C-4-2, C-4-3, C-6-1 & C-10-1 M5 x 8, M5 x 20 & M5 x 30 Thread M8 x 1, M10 x 1 for closing the extra point & end port of manifold. To clamp single, Two, Three tube 4mm OD single tube 6mm & 10mm OD For fixing clamps, Tee Blocks, Cross Block, MAnifolds etc.         CONNECTOR BLOCKS STRAIGHT CONNECTOR ELBOW MC -10 MSC-10 T/1/4" BSP   For connecting two tubes of 10 mm OD Male thread 1/4" BSP (taper thread) for connecting 10 mm OD tube. Male thread 1/4" BSP (taper thread) for right angle connection of 10 mm OD tube.             Other options available as per requirement.
